Khadamat has been established as the facility management provider of choice within the
ICAD Residential City (IRC).
Khadamat works diligently in order to make IRC “Your Home away from Home”. Our
Services cover all the basic facility management requirements and extend beyond that
into various city management services such as landscaping and events coordination.
In a short period of time, we have built a team in excess of 500 professional
catering to the requirements of the residents of IRC.
Whether a Khadamat worker or an IRC resident, we always have your concerns in mind. Our EH&S team diligently works to ensure that the Khadamat working environment complies with all Health & Safety regulations. In parallel, we seek to implement best practices in environmental, Health and Safety matters within IRC.
As with any city, we are diligent about the security and safety of our residents. We have permanent security team members posted at all access points and we also have patrolling team members supervising the city 24/7. We work very closely with the local police and crime prevention authorities and we are proud of our safe track record.

city. Whether within the buildings, around the clusters or in our public

A/c technicians are well experienced in all kinds of air condition equipments. They are specialized in the installation and maintenance of centralized air condition systems.
Our carpenters are skilled worker, they can perform wide range of wooden working which include cubboards, furnitures and other object out of wood.
